Hi Everyone !!
You know when I coach someone, especially when helping you establish dreams and goals, we/I always talk about maintaining balance. Maintaining balance in all areas of your life. If too much emphasis is place in any one area almost by definition it screws up another area in your life.
Let’s look at a few examples.
If you are working 60 hours a week, your home life and your personal time are challenged.
If you have a sick family member in the hospital, you work schedule is challenged.
If you are in new MOM with a new born, everything but taking care of that new baby is out of balance.
Temporary imbalances for odd ball events are part of life but if any imbalance continues for an extended period of time-disaster is around the corner.
We all need to keep a balance in our :
• Physical Health
• Mental/Emotional Health
• Spiritual Health
• Fun & Recreation
• Our Careers
• Personal Finances
• Our Family
• And on, and on
You know yourself when things are out of balance but a coach can help you through a variety of tools better identify where your imbalances are taking place. They can help you track your progress as you try to improve your life.
Structure in your life helping or hurting your behaviors can be identified and if need be analyzed.
Your balance, imbalance, behaviors often are based on deep rooted core values. If you are not honoring your core values—you are not going to be happy.
If any of this sounds like you or somebody close you know, a coach may be just what you need.
Think about it.
If you are ready for a change, really ready to take action, to stop the pain, contact me.
For a change, someone is willing to help—if you let me.
I’m waiting for you.
