I am working on a project and need your input.

I need your honest opinion not theory you have read somewhere.
Commercial sales pitches for products will be quickly ignored.

3) How do you motivate yourself when you want to ignore your workout routine or healthy eating habits ?
4) When overstressed what do you do to just chill and how fast does it erase the stress.
5) If you meditate, how do you ? What is your method or procedure. What tools can you direct us to.
6) If you want to lose weight, what works best for you. Please describe in detail, the best you can.
